Every 3 hours
Eight openings on the region clock, spaced three hours apart. When an entrance window ends, the countdown rolls to the next open.
Use this Aion 2 rift timer to see the next spacetime rift in your local time. Pick Global (Community), Korea, or Taiwan. Upcoming counts down to the listed open. Open counts down the entrance window, which starts at that open and lasts 10 minutes on Global (Model A) and Korea, and 15 minutes on Taiwan.

The next opening is on another local day. Use the countdown above.
Eight openings on the region clock, spaced three hours apart. When an entrance window ends, the countdown rolls to the next open.
The entrance stays open for 10 minutes on Global (Model A) and Korea, and 15 minutes on Taiwan. It starts at the listed open. The minutes before that hour are still Upcoming.
Players commonly stay in the rift for about an hour after they enter. This timer does not count that down. It only tracks the entrance.
Entry is commonly reported around level 45 or higher. Confirm the current requirement in-game before you travel.
The Spacetime Rift is a repeating Aion 2 world event. A portal opens on a fixed cadence, and the way in stays up only for a few minutes. This site is an Aion 2 rift timer for that cadence: a countdown to the next opening, plus the openings that land on your local calendar day. It does not show rift locations, maps, or other world events.
On a three-hour cadence, at the wall-clock hours for your server.Korea opens at 02:00, 05:00, 08:00, 11:00, 14:00, 17:00, 20:00, 23:00 in Asia/Seoul. Taiwan uses 02:00, 05:00, 08:00, 11:00, 14:00, 17:00, 20:00, 23:00 in Asia/Taipei. Global on this page is Community Model A: 00:00, 03:00, 06:00, 09:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:00, 21:00 in Asia/Seoul, and it is not an official NC clock.
The countdown at the top converts the next of those hours into your local time. While the phase says Upcoming, you are waiting for that open. While it says Open, the entrance window is already running and the countdown is the time left in that window.
These are each region’s own wall-clock hours, not your local time. The live table above moves them onto your calendar day. Global is a community schedule (Model A). Verify it in-game.
| Region | Time zone | Wall-clock openings | Entrance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Global (Community)Model A | Asia/Seoul | 00:00, 03:00, 06:00, 09:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:00, 21:00 | 10 minutes |
| Korea | Asia/Seoul | 02:00, 05:00, 08:00, 11:00, 14:00, 17:00, 20:00, 23:00 | 10 minutes |
| Taiwan | Asia/Taipei | 02:00, 05:00, 08:00, 11:00, 14:00, 17:00, 20:00, 23:00 | 15 minutes |
Every three hours. Korea and Taiwan list eight wall-clock openings: 02:00, 05:00, 08:00, 11:00, 14:00, 17:00, 20:00, and 23:00, in Asia/Seoul and Asia/Taipei. Global on this site is Community Model A: 00:00, 03:00, 06:00, 09:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:00, and 21:00 in Asia/Seoul. Today’s table shows the openings that fall on your local calendar day. That is usually eight, and it can differ when your time zone is far from the region zone.
The entrance opens at the listed time and stays open after that: 10 minutes for Global (Community Model A) and Korea, and 15 minutes for Taiwan. It does not open during the minutes before the listed time. A run inside the rift is commonly about an hour, which is separate from this short entrance window.
Korea uses the commonly published cadence of 02:00 through 23:00 Asia/Seoul, with a 10-minute entrance. Global here is one community schedule, Model A: 00:00 through 21:00 Asia/Seoul, also with a 10-minute entrance. NC has not published an official Global clock, and this site does not split Global into NA, EU, or other sub-regions. If Model A does not match your server, trust the game.
Yes. The countdown and today’s table use your device’s local time zone only. Opening hours are stored as wall-clock times in an IANA zone, Asia/Seoul or Asia/Taipei, and converted for display. There is no separate server-time view.
The schedule is a static file, not a live feed from the game. A patch can move the cadence, the selected region can be the wrong server, or Global Model A can be the wrong community model for your server. Compare the next open with the in-game clock. If it is off by more than a minute, do not rely on the page until the schedule file is corrected.
No. There is no login, no database, and no game API. The site remembers your region tab in localStorage on this browser, under the key aion2-rift-region. That choice stays on your device.
Upcoming means the current time is before the next listed open, and the countdown runs toward that open. Open means the listed open has been reached and the entrance window has not ended: the open time is less than or equal to now, and now is still before the open time plus the portal minutes. When the window ends, the timer rolls to the following open.
Taipei, Shanghai, and Hong Kong time zones start on Taiwan. Asia/Seoul starts on Korea. Every other time zone starts on Global (Community Model A). Choosing a tab saves that region in this browser until you pick a different one.
